Luxury Retail Manager | Central London | Up to £65,000 + Bonus

An exciting time to join the brand during this incredible period of growth, we are working closely with the brand to recruit a Retail Manager to join one of their teams in Central London.

The Retail Manager role:

Strong focus on driving CRM within your teams Manage and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and achieve KPI's Maximise sales opportunities Elevate in-store experience consistently delivering store excellence Stay up to date with market trends The Retail Manager requirements:

Minimum 3 years' experience within the luxury retail industry within ready to wear, accessories or leather goods. Extensive experience driving CRM within your teams Strong organisational skills Entrepreneurial mindset Resilient and hard working Good communication and interpersonal skills In return our Retail Manager role is paying up to £65,000 + Bonus + Benefits
